CANDLE SAFETY
Product Safety: FAQ
HOW TO BURN CANDLES SAFELY
To prevent fire or injury, it is important to never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets and away from flammable objects.
Check your candle carefully before burning as cracks in the glass can cause the jar to shatter once the candle starts burning and the glass heats up. We also recommend discontinuing use of the candle when 1cm of wax remains, as this is the point when the flame is hottest and without sufficient wax to burn there is a small chance it can cause extreme stress in the glass, leading to it cracking.
Please place candles on a level, heat resistant surface and always use caution when handling glasses.
